My research interests center broadly around evolutionary physiology. More specifically, I am interested in the areas of overlap in neurobiology, endocrinology, and the genetics of complex traits. I will be using Dr. Ted Garland's high-activity selected mice to explore what is involved in voluntary behavior as related to exercise physiology.

Currently, I am working as a teaching assistant, taking courses, and developing ideas for a dissertation project.
